Served as Sr. Consultant and Adviser of Medical Records to the Ministries of Health,
India,  Afghanistan, Iran, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar and UAE. 
Served as a Dean in the Oman Medical Record Institute, MOH, Sultanate of Oman
Worked as an Associate Professor in King Faisal University, Saudi Arabia

Developed  Education and Training Programs:
Developed and Conducted Educational & Research programs, degree, diploma and certificate educational programs. – Developed HIM syllabus, course curriculum and Content & innovation in teaching program Educational Learning and Teaching Techniques and Methods
Trained Three -HIM students of Duquesne University, Pittsburg, USA.
Developed HR  in the field of HIM including    Medical   Records,
Organized  Health Information Management System including Electronic Medical Records   
Developed Quality Assurance Programs, Hospital Organization Structures for effective
 patient care services., health care  delivery system including PHC Care Records.
